Long in, not short in
A caption tool expects you to arrive with the clip already cut. The slow part of clipping is before that: finding the two minutes worth posting in a two-hour stream or a ninety-minute episode. Mossclip does that part. It reads the whole recording and returns a batch of clips between 15 seconds and 3 minutes.
Streams keep the facecam
On a gameplay stream Mossclip finds the camera panel and stacks it over the game, so the reaction and the play are both in the clip. Move either crop, save the layout, and it is applied to the batch and to the next job from that streamer.
Captions you can still restyle
Every word is timed and captioned in one of nine styles. In the editor you can switch style, retype a word, and cut the video by deleting words from the transcript. The export is 1080 by 1920 with the captions burned in.
Why people pick Mossclip over Submagic
- Give it the long recording; it finds the clips.
- Two hours of recording in one job, free during the beta.
- The facecam stacked over the gameplay on streams.
- Cut a clip by deleting its words.
Questions.

It captions every word in nine styles, and it also does the step before: finding the clips in a long recording and cutting them vertical.
How long can the source video be?
Up to two hours of recording per job.
Does it work on gaming streams?
Yes. Mossclip finds the facecam and stacks it over the gameplay, and both crops can be moved and saved as a layout.
