What these are

Each screen above is one of Mossclip’s nine caption styles, drawn in your browser from the style definitions the app uses. Here the words are spaced evenly so you can judge the look. In a real clip every word is timed to the speech, and the captions can be edited word by word in the editor.

Clips come out between 15 seconds and 3 minutes long, at 1080 by 1920, with the style you picked burned in.

Karaoke
Word-by-word bounce with green keyword and yellow active colors.
Beasty
Chunked comic captions with punchy word emphasis.
Hormozi
Big block captions for punchy business clips.
Popline
Montserrat with a bright active underline and word color.
Deep Diver
Clean three-word pages on a soft light word box.
Bouncy
Large pop-in captions for high-energy clips.
Highlighted
Stable line with spoken-word emphasis.
Mozi
Static phrase cards with two independent highlight colors.
Youshaei
A calm gray phrase with a green spoken-word highlight.

Questions.

Is this exactly what my clip's captions will look like?

These are the nine styles you choose from in Mossclip, drawn in your browser from the style definitions the app uses. The words here are spaced evenly because there is no speech behind them. In a real clip every word is timed to what is said, and the finished clip is drawn by the caption renderer.

Can I change the captions after the clip is made?

Yes. Open a clip in the editor to correct, add or delete words one at a time, and to change the caption style.

How long are the clips, and what size?

Between 15 seconds and 3 minutes, exported at 1080 by 1920 with the captions burned in.

What can I put in?

A YouTube link, or a recording uploaded as an MP4 or MOV file. A recording can be up to two hours long per job.
